Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of product marketing, including research, benchmarking, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Define and communicate compelling value propositions for both new and existing products.
- Partner with Product and R&D teams to shape the roadmap, identifying opportunities from market trends and technological advances.
- Align marketing strategies with global sales objectives, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Drive successful product launches with tailored go-to-market plans and timelines.
- Support product localization to meet regional needs (USA/Middle East).
- Work closely with the U.S. rep network to deliver marketing tools, technical documentation, and promotional campaigns that drive engagement.
- Maintain ongoing feedback loops with reps to optimize marketing support and positioning.
- Create a comprehensive suite of marketing assets, including brochures, case studies, datasheets, videos, and photography.
- Develop B2B content such as white papers and sales enablement materials to strengthen engagement with architects, designers, and specifiers.
- Manage award submissions, PR opportunities, and editorial features to increase brand visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing strategy and execution, including website management, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all digital platforms, collaborating with designers and developers to maintain a strong online presence.
- Plan and execute participation in key international trade shows (e.g., Light + Building, LEDucation, Light Middle East), managing booth design, logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Represent the company at industry events, building brand awareness and generating leads.
- Conduct continuous market research, industry analysis, and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs to anticipate needs and trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted growth strategies.
- Build and manage product line roadmaps and profit plans with leadership and product teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or marketing management within the architectural lighting or building materials sector.
- Solid knowledge of specification-driven sales and the influence of architects, designers, and rep networks in purchasing decisions.
- Proven skills in communication, project management, and data-driven analysis.
- Hands-on experience with international trade shows, digital marketing, and content development.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, website CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel across the USA, Middle East, and other key markets as required.
