Harissa, Keserwan | Marketing / Creative Agency
We re a growing agency in Harissa looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who loves building things from the ground up. This role is for a senior marketer with real agency experience someone confident leading strategy, setting standards, and mentoring a small team while being the main decision-maker.
What You ll Do
Own and lead the overall marketing and content strategy
Review and approve all content before it goes live
Set clear standards for hooks, storytelling, pacing, and conversion
Lead internal workshops and hands-on team training
Mentor team members and identify skill gaps
Improve workflows, briefs, and processes as the team grows
What We re Looking For
5 10 years of marketing or social media experience (agency background is a must)
Strong expertise in short-form video and digital platforms
Proven ability to mentor and lead a small team
Strategic thinker who s also comfortable getting hands-on
Confident decision-maker who takes full ownership
Enjoys building, improving, and scaling from an early-stage setup
