• Create tools and collaterals and systems to deliver superlative colour consulation experience to GCC consumers • Manage Call Center to ensure high raw lead to colour consultation appointment conversion across GCC • Manage Colour Consultants, track and adhere to SLAs for all consultations and ensure NPS of 80% for all colour consulations across GCC • Identify, train and empanel contractors to offer company-led painting service, on complete range of Asian Paints Decorative products including designer and texture finishes in UAE • Identify roadblocks in effective conversion and create strategies to overcome the same • Upsell premium and luxury decor products to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and increase company profit margins across GCC • Lead the team of service sales executives in UAE to ensure high conversion of consultation sights through service offering or product purchase and delivery • Create self-made reports for quantitative data analysis and with in-depth understanding on the qualitative analysis of the consumer sites and consultation.
