Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively position Edwards Surgical Business Unit products. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing, and customer-centric initiatives to drive product adoption, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop annual marketing plans including strategies and tactics.
- Integrate digital marketing strategies, marketing automation tools, and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to inform product launch plans and understand market dynamics.
Customer Journey & Engagement
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance the customer journey, ensuring a strong customer focus across all touchpoints.
- Develop targeted campaigns leveraging segmentation, personalization, and analytics to improve engagement and conversion.
Content Development & Compliance
- Adapt to global marketing messages and collateral based on regional strategies, competitive environment, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive marketing materials through legal and regulatory approval processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Data Management & Analytics
- Analyze clinical, market, and campaign data to assess impact and inform decision-making.
- Utilize data management systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, clinical specialists, governmental affairs, and training teams to ensure optimal integration of marketing efforts.
- Lead major projects for congress management and product launches, including Salesforce readiness and training.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage budgets related to product lines, campaigns, and projects.
- Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs through surveys, field feedback, and KOL reviews; develop and implement improvement plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree with 7+ years of experience in Marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in digital marketing, marketing automations, and data-driven campaign management
- Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
