Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and data-savvy Marketing Performance & Analytics Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for tracking and optimizing marketing performance across paid media, SEO, and email marketing, using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned, data-informed, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities:

 Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key marketing KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, traffic, conversion rates).
  • Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, and email channels using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
  • Track SEO performance, including keyword rankings, page performance, and organic traffic trends.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular reports to internal stakeholders.

⚙️ Marketing Strategy Optimization

  • Use data to drive continuous optimization across campaigns — paid search, social, SEO, email, and web.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to landing pages, ad creatives, targeting strategies, and email workflows.
  • Lead A/B testing efforts across channels to improve conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor and refine lead funnels within HubSpot to improve attribution, segmentation, and automation.

 SEO & SEM

  • Manage or oversee execution of SEO strategy — including keyword research, content recommendations, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to improve on-page SEO, technical SEO, and site structure as needed.
  • Optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI targets.
  • Identify opportunities for better organic and paid search integration.

 Cross-functional & Agency Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (sales, product, content) and external marketing agencies.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with broader marketing goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Brief and manage external partners on performance expectations and optimization goals.
  • Help integrate agency work into overall reporting and marketing attribution systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (especially reporting, automation, and email tools).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with external marketing agencies.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to turn insights into action and continuously drive performance improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with BI or data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data manipulation tools.
  • Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment (customize based on your business type).
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and marketing funnel reporting.
