Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and commercially aware professional to join our team in a hybrid Marketing & Pre-Sales capacity. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution, lead management, and pre-sales support, playing a critical role in supporting the Sales function and strengthening Buzzin’s market presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and creating sales and marketing materials, managing lead pipelines, and preparing professional submittals, proposals, and case studies. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, high-quality documentation, and efficient lead conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Marketing & Content Development
Update, enhance, and maintain company presentations, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
Create visually appealing designs for social media, presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain standardized templates for proposals, submittals, and marketing materials.
Write and format case studies, success stories, and solution overviews in coordination with Sales and Product teams.
Ensure all marketing and sales materials align with brand guidelines and company positioning.
· Pre-Sales & Submittals
Support pre-sales activities by understanding client requirements and translating them into structured proposals and submittals.
Prepare technical and commercial documentation for tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and client submissions.
Coordinate internally to gather inputs required for proposals (technical, commercial, compliance, etc.).
Assist in preparing demos, solution explanations, and supporting materials for client presentations when required.
· Lead Management & Sales Support
Act as a key point of support for lead management, qualification, and tracking through the CRM.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress.
Support outreach activities, including follow-ups, cold-calling, and introductory communications where required.
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely handover of qualified leads and proposal readiness.
Participate in sales meetings to provide updates on leads, submittals, and marketing support activities.
· Coordination & Administration
Ensure proper documentation control and organized filing of proposals, client records, and marketing assets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Management) to ensure smooth workflows and consistent client experience.
· Requirements:
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
3–5 years of experience in a marketing, pre-sales, sales support, or business coordination role.
Strong experience in presentation development, proposal preparation, and content writing.
Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
Strong design sense with the ability to create clean, professional visuals (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word).
