Roles & Responsibilities

Le Chene is supporting a fast-growing IT organisation to appoint a skilled Marketing Specialist to support brand growth and market expansion across multiple regions.

Scope

  • Multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Content creation tailored to different markets and audiences
  • Brand positioning and market expansion initiatives
  • Campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • Close collaboration with sales and internal teams

Key Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with the Moroccan market
  • Fluent French and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile

  • 3+ yrs hands-on marketing experience (digital or fast-paced environments)
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimisation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Performance marketing, analytics, and reporting experience
