Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies
- Manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create and oversee engaging content and campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns (engagement, reach, ROI)
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Supervise and guide marketing team members
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/social media
At least 1 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong content creation and storytelling skills
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe
Creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in fintech or digital products is a plus
