Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Create, draw, and develop patterns for ladies’ garments, coats, blazers, jackets, uniforms, baby and kids’ clothes, and accessories.

  • Take accurate body measurements and prepare patterns based on measurements and design requirements.

  • Perform pattern grading for different sizes with precision and consistency.

  • Prepare fabric layout and carry out accurate fabric cutting based on approved patterns.

  • Modify, adjust, and correct patterns after fitting when required.

  • Ensure patterns are production-ready and suitable for sewing and finishing.

  • Support the full garment development process from measurement taking to pattern making, grading, cutting, and fitting adjustments.

  • Work with high attention to detail, quality, and professional workmanship.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tailoring, pattern making, and garment construction.

  • Strong knowledge of pattern drafting, grading, body measurements, and fabric cutting.

  • Ability to create patterns manually with accuracy.

  • Good understanding of garment fit, sizing, and pattern correction.

  • Experience in ladieswear, outerwear, uniforms, baby and kids’ clothes, and accessories.

  • Ability to work independently and handle the full technical process professionally.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
