The MCR Group is an independently-owned Ireland based specialist service group of companies that was established in 1996. Since establishment, it operates in construction recruitment and has expanded to provide a broad range of service solutions through a number of professional subsidiary companies. In addition to what is now a full range of recruitment services, it also specialize in steelworks, security, waste management and contract cleaning. The company delivers these services to many market sectors throughout the whole country, employing a workforce of up to 2000 employees.

All MCR companies are run by professional management teams whose expertise, ability and 'can do' approach are unrivalled within their individual sectors. As a result of this, a growing number of new clients are benefiting from the MCR approach of enabling clients to fully control and monitor the delivery of services. They can conveniently amend their own individual service package to suit their constantly changing needs.

The MCR Group offices cover all regions of the country. Each office is overseen by a professional management team that maintains direct contact with clients regarding their service requirements. All external and internal staff are fully trained, compliant and licensed (where required) in their individual disciplines. They also understand that they, as a member of the MCR team, are an important contributor to the overall success of our clients' organizations.
