Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM models in accordance with project requirements
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built models
Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and BIM protocols
Support project teams with model updates and technical coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical BIM Modeler with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building construction projects
Strong expertise in Revit MEP for mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)
Proven ability to develop, coordinate, and maintain high-quality BIM models
Experience working in GCC projects is an added advantage
Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes
Capable of performing clash detection and resolving coordination issues with multi-disciplinary teams
Experience in preparing shop drawings, layouts, and as-built models
Strong coordination skills to work with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight project deadlines
