Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Must be graduate of Engineering Courses preferably in Mechanical or in any relevant courses
At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, marketing or business development maintenance and services (industry-specific experience preferred)
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial products
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency in MS Office; with other software experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, rotating equipment, HVAC Systems or industrial machinery

Job Description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Promote company products and solutions to consultants, contractors and end users
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and client meetings
Review tender document and specifications
Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets to ensure compliance with customer requirements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions
Support clients during pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on technical clarifications
Follow up on tender evaluations and clarifications
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and equipment; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures and requesting special services
Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs or replacements
Provide on-site technical support during breakdowns and emergencies
Mantain maintenance records, service reports and equipment history
Complete projects by training and guiding technicians
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
