Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with expertise in rotating equipment maintenance, power plant operations, and mechanical project execution. The role involves hands-on work in equipment overhauling, installations, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.


  1. Perform overhauling, troubleshooting, and repairing of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, blowers, etc.).
  2. Execute mechanical jobs in power plants, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
  3. Supervise and assist in installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment for industrial and power generation projects.
  4. Plan and execute mechanical shutdown jobs, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality compliance.
  5. Review technical drawings, manuals, and vendor documents for equipment installations.
  6. Prepare work reports, job completion documentation, and coordinate with project/operations teams.
  7. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards during all activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience in rotating equipment overhauling and repairs.
  • Strong background in power plant mechanical systems and industrial projects.
  • Exposure to mechanical installations, commissioning, and shutdown activities.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and engineering documents.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
