Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field); Master's degree preferred
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and MOC processes.
- Experience in reliability engineering, sustainability initiatives, and supplier relationship management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Design Modifications: Evaluate and approve changes with clear justifications; ensure alignment with project objectives.
Project Execution: Lead machine upgrade projects; deliver on time and within budget. - Sustainability: Monitor and achieve sustainability goals; ensure compliance with standards.
- Plant Reliability: Track Plant Reliability Index (PRI); implement preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Supplier Relationships: Strengthen OEM partnerships; hold regular meetings to improve quality, cost, and performance.
- Management of Change (MOC): Ensure all change requests are documented, approved, and implemented on time.
