Job Description:

We are hiring Mechanical Engineers for a reputed company in Dubai for long-term industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidates should have a strong technical background in mechanical systems, plant maintenance, and project execution, with hands-on experience in site coordination and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, and execute mechanical installation and maintenance activities.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with other departments (Electrical, Civil, QA/QC, Safety, Procurement) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including daily reports, work permits, and inspection records.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc
• 2 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical projects, construction, maintenance, or oil & gas industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, rotating equipment, and fabrication works will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory.
