Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and analyze HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for diverse projects, from commercial buildings to industrial facilities.
- Conduct detailed load calculations, equipment selections, and system modeling to meet project-specific requirements and comply with industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to guide the installation and commissioning process.
- Oversee HVAC system installations, providing technical expertise and ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality control measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or is actively pursuing licensure.
- Has relevant certifications like LEED AP or ASHRAE certifications.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in HVAC design and engineering, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
