Key Responsibilities:

Prepare procurement plans and strategies for mechanical MEP components.
Issue RFQs (Request for Quotes) and evaluate supplier proposals.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with project teams to understand technical specifications and delivery schedules.
Monitor procurement progress and track material deliveries.
Ensure procurement activities comply with budget, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Resolve any procurement-related issues or delays.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in MEP procurement, specifically in the UAE.
Proven experience working with MEP contractors or suppliers in the UAE.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and relevant UAE regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Relevant engineering or procurement qualification preferred.
