Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Role:

  • Perform preventive, proactive, and routine maintenance of pumps, blowers, compressors, valves, and on-site mechanical equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to established schedules.
  • Provide mechanical support to the operations team, ensuring safe and efficient plant operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Rotary equipment maintenance: preventive, proactive, and regular maintenance of pumps, blowers, and compressors
  • Valve maintenance (various types of valves)
  • Routine maintenance work on site (pipes, fittings, overall mechanical job)
  • Track and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Adhere to the established maintenance plan and schedules Provide support to the operations team as needed

QHSE Commitments:

  • Ensure the applicablestrong QHSE Policies and standards/requirements/procedures are being applied and maintained
  • Liaise with the internal or external interested parties during the QHSE audits/inspections
  • Ensure that all the work activities at site/plant/project are controlled with the help of QHSE procedures, risk assessment.
  • Ensure the implementation of customer satisfaction requirements
  • Ensure to report Incidents (near misses, unsafe conditions, unsafe actions &, etc.)
  • Keep the documented information as evidence ensuring the compliance to QHSE Management System.
