Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing maintenance activities.
Lead and coordinate a team of plumbers and mechanical technicians.
Ensure proper maintenance of water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and pumps.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues efficiently.
Maintain work reports, checklists, and documentation as per project/client requirements.
Ensure all work complies with Qatar’s health, safety, and plumbing codes.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors as required.
Implement and enforce QHSE procedures at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in plumbing systems within the Facility Management sector.
Strong knowledge of potable water systems, drainage, sewage, pumps, and plumbing fittings.
Experience working on government or large commercial properties in Qatar preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa.
Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
