Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate product knowledge and usage.
  • Conduct regular visits to physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals to promote pharmaceutical products effectively.
  • Manage and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is essential for understanding the medical landscape.
  • Proven track record of sales success, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and establish trust quickly.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is preferred.
