Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM tools.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM execution plans.
Update models based on site changes and project requirements.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation from BIM models.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models.
Support project teams with technical BIM expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems
Experience in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Hands-on experience with Revit MEP (Navisworks knowledge is a plus)
Experience with UAE/GCC projects preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period
