Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently representing a leading MEP contractor in the UAE seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their commercial team.
Lead all contractual and commercial matters across major MEP projects. Manage claims, variations, EOTs, and contractual correspondence. Support dispute avoidance and resolution. Review contractual risks and opportunities. Advise project and commercial teams on contractual strategy. Lead final account negotiations and project close-out activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience within MEP contracting.
UAE experience is essential.
Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE construction contracts.
Proven track record managing variations, claims, EOTs, contractual notices, and final accounts on major MEP projects.
Extensive experience with mechanical, electrical, and public health packages.
Experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, or landmark developments.
Fluent Arabic speaker preferred. Alternatively, candidates with experience gained within established Western contracting environments will be considered.
Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
