Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct precise site surveys for building layouts and elevations.
  • Perform topographic, boundary, and construction staking surveys.
  • Operate and maintain surveying instruments including Total Stations, GPS, and AutoCAD tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.
  • Prepare and maintain survey logs, field notes, and reports.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in site measurements and alignments.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION:

  • Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction projects.Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and other relevant drafting software.
  • Knowledge of Revit MEP or similar BIM tools is an added advantage.
  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
