Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate MEP works at the project site. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure all MEP activities comply with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, etc.). Monitor project progress and ensure work completion within timelines. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Attend project meetings and provide technical support. Ensure proper testing & commissioning of MEP systems. Maintain health and safety standards on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices. Must have G+4 Dubai Municipality Approved License Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, with hands-on involvement in construction projects. Immediate Joiners Preferred
