• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly in MEP systems and projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations governing MEP systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail oriented towards accurate cost analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders and team members effectively.
• Experience with estimating software tools and techniques to generate precise cost reports.
