Manage all hard services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety systems, lifts and escalators, BMS, external lighting, drainage, and utility networks.

Implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and longevity.

Manage technical infrastructure in external areas, including fa ades, walkways, shading structures, and built elements.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, local authority regulations, fire codes, and health and safety standards.

Coordinate emergency response for technical failures and critical system breakdowns.

Manage hard services contractors, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, approved method statements, and safety requirements.

Prepare and manage hard services OPEX and CAPEX budgets, controlling costs without compromising system performance.

Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, certifications, drawings, and technical documentation.

Provide technical support during tenant fit-outs, refurbishments, and system upgrades.

Prepare regular reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
