Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage systems).

Review design documents, shop drawings, submittals, and suggest modifications for efficiency and quality.

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing the integration of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities and a defined scope of work that ensures these systems function efficiently and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish MEP project goals and timelines.
