Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lonsdaleite Engineering Technical Services (LETS) is expanding its execution division and is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead installation projects from initiation through completion.

This is not a coordination-only role.
This is a hands-on execution leadership position.

Our projects include:

  • HVAC installations and system upgrades

  • Plumbing and piping works

  • Electrical installation works

  • Retrofit and modification projects

  • Fast-track execution environments

Role Summary

The MEP Project Manager will take full ownership of on-site execution across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complete MEP project execution lifecycle

  • Manage supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors

  • Monitor timelines and ensure milestone compliance

  • Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, ducting, and electrical trades

  • Control material procurement and supplier follow-up

  • Conduct client meetings and technical coordination

  • Manage project costing, variations, and reporting

  • Monitor site progress, quality, and manpower deployment

Mandatory Requirements

  • 08-12 years of MEP execution experience (Strictly no more than 15 Years)

  • Strong UAE site experience (mandatory)

  • Mechanical engineering background preferred

  • Proven record of managing multiple running projects

  • Strong leadership and site authority

  • Solid understanding of BOQs, costing, and estimation

  • Ability to manage project pressure independently
