Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead MEP design coordination, ensuring seamless integration of systems with architectural and structural elements, proactively identifying and resolving clashes.
- Manage MEP contractors, overseeing their performance, adherence to schedules, and budget compliance, providing clear direction and prompt feedback.
- Oversee the preparation and review of MEP submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP installations, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety regulations, and progress against the schedule.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a strong technical foundation.
- Holds professional engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating commitment to professional standards and ethics.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in MEP project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design and analysis tools.
