Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage planning, execution, and completion of MEP works within scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project progress.

  • Review IFC drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues and site constraints.

  • Lead MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and other disciplines.

  • Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of MEP systems.

  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defense, etc.).

  • Enforce HSE and quality standards on site.

  • Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

  • Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain all project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • 11 to 20 years of strong experience in the MEP field, preferably on high-rise projects.

  • Proven track record in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
