MEP – Senior Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning) Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC

We are seeking a dynamic MEP – Sr. Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts for MEP projects . The ideal candidate will generate and manage sales opportunities, develop business relationships, prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with clients and project teams to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong experience in Air Conditioning systems and a proven track record in project sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and manage sales for MEP projects, focusing on Air Conditioning systems and related services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.

• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical submissions for MEP projects.

• Coordinate with internal teams including project management, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor sales pipelines and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

• Provide technical and commercial support to clients during project planning and execution stages.

• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
