Role Overview

As a Sales Manager (Cut & Bend Steel Rebar), you will lead business development and sales operations, driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

  2. Drive business development and market expansion within the construction industry.

  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with key industry players.

  4. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.

  5. Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract closure processes.

  6. Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

  7. Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering teams for seamless delivery.

  8. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and dashboards for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements (Mandatory)

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Steel / Rebar Sales & Manufacturing / Construction Materials industries.

  2. Proven track record in steel products or rebar sales.

  3. Strong knowledge of cut & bend processes and ability to read technical drawings.

  4. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

  5. UAE market experience and client network preferred.

  6. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
