Merchandiser Uniform Express LLC

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser with experience in the garments or uniform industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders from development to delivery, coordinating with suppliers and production teams, and ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete order cycle from inquiry to final delivery.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for uniforms and garments.

• Follow up on sampling, approvals, and production timelines.

• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout production.

• Monitor order status and resolve any delays or production issues.

• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare costing sheets and maintain margin targets.

• Maintain proper documentation related to orders, samples, and shipments.

• Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipment and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the garments or uniform industry.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.

• Experience in handling corporate uniform orders is an advantage.

• Good understanding of sourcing and vendor coordination.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or related field.

• Experience in dealing with local and international suppliers.

• Knowledge of quality control standards in garment production.
