Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure excellent in-store execution, product visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards across assigned territories
- Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of merchandisers across assigned territories
- Ensure execution of shelf availability
- Ensure planogram compliance
- Ensure product visibility and display standards
- Ensure pricing accuracy
- Monitor daily market execution and provide on-ground coaching
- Plan and optimize merchandiser deployment and route coverage
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics for execution alignment
- Track and analyze KPIs (availability, out-of-stock, display, productivity, compliance)
- Conduct store audits, market visits, and team performance reviews
- Prepare reports and recommend execution improvements
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and route adherence
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–6 years in FMCG merchandising or sales execution
- Minimum 1–2 years in team supervision preferred
- Strong understanding of FMCG merchandising standards
- Knowledge of planograms and shelf management
- In-store promotions and visibility execution experience
- Team supervision skills
- Route planning and territory management experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong field mobility
- Ability to handle large teams and multiple locations
- Valid Qatari / GCC Driving License
