Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute contests, promotions, and process/product innovations to support the Channel/Sales team in sourcing new Merchant Accounts.
  • Present and promote company offerings to merchants, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to expand and grow the business.
  • Create sales schedules for the servicing team, track progress, and present performance results.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing merchant relationships.
  • Lead the development and growth of the sales and support teams to achieve organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Having a good portfolio is highly preferable.
  • Idea s Presentation and Taking Initiative
  • Customer Centricity
  • Forecasting demand
  • Experience in FinTech - Financial Services is a MUST.
  • Awareness of the importance of the effect of the products' prices on the sales level per branch and the warehouse operations
  • Awareness of product prices updates and offers in the market
  • Leadership Skills in managing merchandising team
