Every engagement is led by senior partners, executed inside the institution, and measured by results.With our M&A portfolio expanding rapidly, we re looking for a dynamic, high-performing M&A Specialist to lead client engagement, drive new mandates, and accelerate growth.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented M&A Specialist to expand Handle s client and investor base. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with sales performance expertise, capable of identifying and converting high-value opportunities within the corporate and investment landscape.This is a front-facing, performance-driven role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and deal origination. You will work closely with Senior Partners to strengthen our market presence, drive revenue growth, and position Handle as a trusted advisor in the M&A and capital markets ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and acquire new clients and investors across corporate, private equity, and family office segments. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and investment professionals. Support the origination of M&A mandates, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive mapping to identify potential partners and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with the M&A and Strategy teams to align client needs with Handle s service offerings. Participate in industry events, investor forums, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads. Drive measurable sales performance through structured outreach, relationship nurturing, and closing new mandates. Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to communicate Handle s unique value proposition effectively. Contribute to the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and client presentations.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or capital markets, with a strong commercial focus. Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the financial or advisory industry. Strong understanding of transaction processes, corporate finance, and investor dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment. Established network within corporates, investors, or family offices in the GCC or Europe is a plus.
