Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts, pallet trucks, reach trucks, stackers, and other MHE.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
- Carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and spare parts used.
- Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and safety standards.
- Support operations by minimizing downtime of MHE.
- Report recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Proven experience as an MHE Technician, Forklift Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with safety procedures for handling heavy equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in industrial environments.
