Microsoft Cloud Engineer Beta Technologies Middle East

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Design, implement, and maintain Azure services and cloud infrastructure. Configure, troubleshoot, and support on-premises networking, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Monitor system performance, security, and availability, and take proactive measures to prevent downtime. Assist in migration, deployment, and upgrade projects for both cloud and on-premises systems. Maintain technical documentation and provide training or guidance to end-users as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance with IT policies. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft M365 Cloud, Azure, on-premises networking, and end-user support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
