Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Basic Skill Requirement :

  • A minimum of 6 years experience Microsoft ERP implementations
  • At least 5 end to end Microsoft ERP implementations
  • At least 3 end to end implementation in D365
  • Experience in leading the entire solution across functional areas
  • Hands-on D365 implementation experience, which includes expertise in writing functional requirement document, fit-gap analysis, solution design document, configuring, running proof of concepts, end user trainings, testing etc.
  • Ideally experienced in implementing D365 in professional services client (consulting firms, law firms, technology companies etc.)

Skills

  • Deep understanding of D365 s finance and operations modules (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Purchasing, Projects, Inventory etc.)
  • Good understanding of MS Sure Step ERP implementation methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills
  • Finance qualification and domain experience is a plus
  • Middle East compliance knowledge a plus

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Understand customers business process, document functional requirements, document as-is & to-be business processes and configure MS D365 accordingly;
  • Identifying process gaps with respect to business best practices;
  • Ensure process risks are identified and mitigated;
  • Design the solution and customizations;
  • Perform configuration tasks, data migrations and testing;
  • Provide end user trainings;
  • Working with technical team in architecting sessions to ensure customizations are being developed correctly;
  • Lead a team of functional consultants to deliver D365 implementations
  • Work as a solution architect across different functional areas (Finance, SCM, HRMS, Projects and Payroll).
  • Liaising with Microsoft technical support on issues within the product that are impacting customer solutions

Carry out pre-sales tasks, building understanding of requirements and business challenges, and delivering demos;
