Job Purpose

Join our Endpoint Management Team and play a vital role in supporting our diverse customer base across various regions. Your primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the successful execution of projects and assist with escalations within Endpoint Management, in line with Microsoft and industry best practices. This involves meeting agreed service levels and actively participating in project implementation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting established SLAs and adhering to industry standards, with a specific focus on endpoint management via Microsoft Intune.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in alignment with SLAs and industry best practices, including endpoint compliance, device security posture, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of new solutions and systems.

• Drive the implementation of IT processes and security policies within Endpoint Management.
• Elevate the Endpoint Management team by providing expert guidance on best practices and delivering optimal project solutions.

• Be willing to travel as needed to support project implementations.

Skills

• Core Technologies:
  
  • Microsoft Intune, including deploying Windows devices with AutoPilot, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, App Protection Policies, Application deployment, Endpoint Security and Security Baselines.
  • RMM Solutions including device lifecycle management, endpoint patching, application deployment and agent procedures.
  • Microsoft Entra ID with emphasis on device identity, LAPS and conditional access policies.
  • Experience with EDR solutions, especially Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams as a collaboration platform and telephony system.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for automating and managing technology solutions.
• Complementary Technologies:
  
  • Hands on experience with Kaseya and Ninja One RMM solution.
  • Active Directory Domain Services with emphasis on group policies.
  • Microsoft SharePoint online.
• Soft Skills:
  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at TDM Group and its client partners.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage the workload.
  • Effective collaboration with team members, other teams in TDM Group and its partners.
  • Commitment to excellence and achieving the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years if experience in endpoint management.
• The following certification is required:
  
  • Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification (MD-102) or an equivalent endpoint management certification.
• The following certificates are a plus:
  
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
  • Any other relevant certification.

TDM Group Amman Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM.
