Description

We are looking for a talented Microsoft ISV App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications that integrate with Microsoft technologies. This role requires expertise in building scalable, high-quality applications and a strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy software applications that integrate with Microsoft platforms, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and meet performance and security standards.
• Integration & Customization:
  • Implement and customize solutions using Microsoft APIs, SDKs, and development frameworks.
  • Integrate applications with Microsoft services and third-party systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
  • Work with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide recommendations for improving application performance and user experience.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
  • Identify and fix bugs, and implement improvements based on user feedback and testing results.
• Documentation & Support:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for applications, addressing issues and implementing solutions as needed.
• Continuous Improvement & Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance application features, performance, and user experience.

Requirements
Skills/Scope

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field., 3+ years of experience in developing applications for Microsoft platforms, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365., Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL., Experience with Microsoft development tools and frameworks, such as .NET, Visual Studio, and Power Platform., Strong understanding of Microsoft APIs, SDKs, and development best practices.
