Roles & Responsibilities

Strong experience in ZTE Microwave transmission equipment and solutions.

Hands-on experience in MW installation, configuration, and commissioning.

Good knowledge of ZTE MW product line and architecture.

Experience in link alignment, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of IP networking (routing, switching, VLAN configuration).

Ability to analyze and resolve MW link failures and performance issues.

Experience with ZTE NMS/EMS platforms for MW monitoring and management.

Knowledge of path calculations, link budgeting, and LOS analysis.

Experience in software upgrades and capacity expansion activities.

Understanding of QoS and MW performance KPIs.

Ability to work under pressure in live network environments.
