Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the software release process, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, aligning priorities and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for efficient delivery.
  • Establish clear release schedules and milestones, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks that may impact delivery timelines and dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a software delivery or project management role.
  • Proven expertise in coordinating software releases and working across multiple functions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements without enforcing a specific methodology (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with release management and risk mitigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
  • Background in software development and testing is a must.
  • Experience in organizations with evolving project workflows.
  • Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer since is a plus.
