1. Salary: Salary is based on Educational Qualifications & years of teaching experience, supported by documentary evidence. The monthly take home salary range will be from KWD 800 to KWD 1000. Negotiable for deserving candidates.

2. Housing/Accommodation:

The Teachers can choose to live in our Free fully furnished studio apartments (includes water, electricity, security, basic cleaning & maintenance) or take monthly housing allowance of KWD 150 and make their own housing arrangements. Teaching couple (wife & husband) are offered a fully furnished 2 Bedroom Apartment (includes water, electricity, security, basic cleaning & maintenance) or take combined monthly housing allowance of KWD 230 and make their own housing arrangements. Both the Studio Apartments & 2 Bedroom Apartments are the school's own buildings that are located 20 km away, and the school is reachable 20 minutes by Car.

3. Medical Insurance:

For the first two years, Government Health Insurance will be provided. From the third year of employment, private health insurance will be provided.

4. Transport Allowance:

Free transport will be provided for the first three months and later on teachers can use the School Bus by paying KWD 20 per month for two ways (Home-School-Home).

5. Flight allowance:

Two-way annual air tickets are provided for Teacher.

6. Family Status:

All the Teachers are entitled for family status, but they have to personally visit the Immigration Department to process the dependent visas.

7. School Fees Discount:

Will be offered to eligible dependents, subject to prior approval of management
