Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that information systems align with business goals.
  • Implement and troubleshoot database systems, ensuring data integrity and security while optimizing performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, showcasing a solid academic foundation.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in a similar MIS analyst role, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate to validate expertise.
  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or IT, providing familiarity with sector-specific data challenges.
