Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Develop and implement data management strategies, including data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to support business needs.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS-related issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze data requirements, translating them into actionable system improvements.

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Maintain dashboards and automated reports

  • Support ERP system data extraction and reporting

  • Coordinate with departments (sales, inventory, finance, purchasing) for data collection

  • Assist management with data-driven decision-making

  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis when required

  • Cross-check and validate data before reporting

  • Identify discrepancies and follow up for corrections

  • Ensure timely updates of reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as ITIL or project management certifications.

  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in MIS administration or a similar role within the financial services industry.

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)

  • Exhibits strong proficiency in SQL, database management, and data analysis tools.
