Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting aftersales pricing activities, generating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports, and maintaining the aftersales database. Additionally, the role provides assistance to the branch by managing contracts and addressing system-related issues through the service desk to ensure timely response and resolution.
What you will do:
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly aftersales performance reports with 100% accuracy and within agreed timelines.
• Provide base data for annual target setting to support strategic planning and performance forecasting.
• Maintain and update the aftersales KPI database to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Develop and manage corporate pricing proposals for deals and tenders, based on customer requirements.
• Update and maintain parts pricing related to service contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with commercial terms.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy.
• Provide technical and operational support to all branch service staff by addressing system-related queries
• Act as the Service Desk contact for Service Contracts and ensure frontline support by managing requests

• Commercial acumen, clear strategic thinking, and ability to create buy-in and influence at a senior level
• Strong data analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills
• Target oriented and drive to exceed demanding challenges
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels
What equips you for the role:
• Degree Holder. Master Degree will be advantage
• Proficiency in SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, DataBricks, and extensive MS Office knowledge (Excel and Power BI).
• Analytical, focused, task-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
