Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a creative and passionate Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team and elevate our guest beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and serve innovative cocktails in line with brand standards

  • Develop signature drinks and seasonal cocktail menus

  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of beverages

  • Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar

  • Control stock levels and minimize wastage
