Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize mobile app marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on:

  • oApple Search AdsoGoogle App CampaignsoMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)oTikTok Ads and other digital platforms

  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns to increase app installs and brand awareness.

  • Identify, recruit, and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners.

  • Track campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate conversions.

  • Improve app visibility through App Store Optimization (ASO).

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention rate, and conversion rate.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research for app store ranking improvement.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, creatives, and promotional content.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.

  • Stay updated with mobile marketing trends, social media trends, and app store policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Existing network of influencers or affiliate partners is an advantage.

  • Experience in mobile apps, gaming apps, or e-commerce apps.

  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media trends.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.


    Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Application Marketer / App Store Ads & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive mobile app growth through paid advertising, affiliate partnerships, and influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in app promotion, user acquisition, performance marketing, and managing influencer or affiliate collaborations to increase app downloads and engagement.
