• Lead design reviews and keep code quality high.

Delivery & Execution

• Own technical delivery across multiple teams.
• Remove technical blockers and risks.
• Turn product plans into clear technical work.
• Track sprint progress and release status.
• Create engineering guides and onboarding materials.
• Work closely with product and delivery teams to meet timelines.

Automation, CI/CD & Developer Productivity

• Build and improve mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and custom tools.
• Manage environments, secrets, and build flavors.
• Use crash reports, analytics, and performance tools to monitor apps.
• Improve build and release automation continuously.

Quality, Reliability

• Set testing standards and release quality levels.
• Make sure apps follow store rules and security policies.
• Use phased rollouts and feature flags when needed.
• Encourage a strong engineering culture focused on quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience building mobile apps in production.
• Expertise in Flutter and native platform.
• Proven ability to own several apps and long-term technical plans.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD and release processes.
• Clear communication skills with different teams.
• Around 8+ years of mobile development experience.
• Experience in Agile teams and cross-functional work.
